After over a week of negotiating on price, the bank finally accepted our offer on the house!! Actually, I'm just glad the bank responded at all after hearing some other people's horror stories of trying to deal with the banks. Other than the waiting time, things have gone pretty smoothly so far. Now, we have to survive the loan process, inspection, and appraisal!
I'll write more about the house soon and keep you updated on the rest of the process as we go :)
